Our Commitment

At BACCU™, every product is made with intention and care. If something is not right, we will make it right.

Physical Products

Because all physical products are printed on demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your item arrives:

  • Damaged or defective
  • Incorrectly printed
  • Lost in transit

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@baccu.co.za with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Digital Products

Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital products, all digital sales are final. We do not offer refunds on wallpapers, devotional PDFs, or digital bundles once the download link has been accessed.

If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us and we will resolve it immediately.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method.
